Financial Project Analyst

Location: IN-Warsaw, 100% Remote

Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across key projects and business initiatives
• Help ensure accurate financial reporting, identify trends and variances, and provide insights that support informed business decisions

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience
• Comfortable working with financial data, building reports, and partnering with stakeholders to monitor project performance
• Experience with CapEx and OpEx reporting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
