- Position Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst with a strong manufacturing finance background to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, cost analysis, and fixed asset accounting. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in standard costing, inventory valuation, capital project analysis, and financial reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and operational performance.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CMA preferred).
- FP&A, Cost Accounting, or Financial Analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation, product costing, and manufacturing finance.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with expertise in financial modelling.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Planning or Anaplan.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for reporting and visualization.
- Understanding of GAAP, fixed asset accounting, and capital project justification.
- Experience supporting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills.
