Financial Operations Analyst

• We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support purchase order management and financial operations within a fast-paced automotive environment. If you have 2-4 years of experience in business operations, procurement, or finance, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a structured and process-driven organisation.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for projects and services across the division
• Maintain and track a master list of POs, schedules, and compensation details
• Review Statements of Work (SOWs) for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with finance and purchasing procedures
• Monitor PO status, provide reporting, and follow up with stakeholders
• Support employees with PO-related queries, training, and guidance
• Track fixed assets and respond to accounting-related inquiries
• Perform monthly accruals, reconciliations, and spending analysis
• Maintain budget tracking and prepare financial reports
• Assist with budget transfers, reclassifications, and annual planning
• Support invoice processing and ensure services align with scope of work

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, finance, or procurement (automotive preferred)
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptability to changing priorities and work assignments
• High attention to detail with strong financial tracking capability

• 📍 Location: Fountain Valley, CA (United States)
• 💵 Pay: $49 – $54/hour
