- Financial Operations Analyst | Automotive Industry
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to support purchase order management and financial operations within a fast-paced automotive environment. If you have 2-4 years of experience in business operations, procurement, or finance, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a structured and process-driven organisation.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for projects and services across the division
- Maintain and track a master list of POs, schedules, and compensation details
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs) for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure compliance with finance and purchasing procedures
- Monitor PO status, provide reporting, and follow up with stakeholders
- Support employees with PO-related queries, training, and guidance
- Track fixed assets and respond to accounting-related inquiries
- Perform monthly accruals, reconciliations, and spending analysis
- Maintain budget tracking and prepare financial reports
- Assist with budget transfers, reclassifications, and annual planning
- Support invoice processing and ensure services align with scope of work
What You Bring:
- 2–4 years of experience in business operations, finance, or procurement (automotive preferred)
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to changing priorities and work assignments
- High attention to detail with strong financial tracking capability
- 📍 Location: Fountain Valley, CA (United States)
- 💵 Pay: $49 – $54/hour
