Are you detail-oriented, organized, and looking to launch or grow your career in financial services? We're partnering with a globally recognized financial institution to hire a Financial Operations Analyst supporting insurance and financial planning operations.

In this role, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure the accurate processing of insurance-related transactions, collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners, and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced financial environment while building valuable operations and client service skills.

What You'll Do:

• Process and review insurance-related applications and transactions
• Coordinate with external insurance providers to ensure timely implementation
• Perform quality reviews and maintain accurate records across multiple systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support daily operations
• Assist with special projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Previous operations, financial services, insurance, or administrative experience is a plus
