- • Generate and analyze SAP financial reports to track O&M and Capital actuals against budgeted plans.
- • Extract and compile historical SAP Capital expenditure line-item data into Excel
- • Perform line-item data extractions from SAP to investigate and analyze actual variances on internal orders.
- • Maintain and update SAP internal order groups to ensure accurate data structures for O&M variance reporting.
- • Collaborate with Electric Operations stakeholders to facilitate accurate and timely monthly work order settlement corrections.
- • Support month-end close reporting and variance analysis.
- • Strong working knowledge of SAP systems and professional competency across Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
