• Job Description:

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Background as a Financial Business Analyst, Financial Data Analyst, or Risk Consultant.
• Basic finance/accounting knowledge (understanding debits, credits, and financial concepts). Deep accounting expertise is not required.
• Comfortable navigating applications, importing/exporting data, working with network files, and comparing data sets.
• Strong technical aptitude, but no coding or software development experience is expected.
• Experience with SimCorp Dimension would be a significant plus, as it's the platform they use.
• Candidates with experience finance technology environments would also align well and expect here.
• Responsibilities:
• Execute regression testing during application upgrades.
• Identify breaks or issues in reports and summarize findings for the team.
• Perform basic data validation and comparison work.
• Learn the application well enough to navigate the system, though deep product knowledge is not expected before joining.
• Note:
• Primary Need: Support for the annual application upgrade through extensive regression testing (approximately 400 to 700 test scripts).
• Timeline:
• Manager expects to begin the hiring process around mid-to-late August with the goal of having someone onboarded by early September.
• This allows about a month for system access and basic training before the upgrade work begins.
• Additional Notes:
• Manager is open to reviewing resumes before the requisition is officially released to provide feedback on whether candidates align with what manager is looking for.

• Pay Range: $45- $50
