Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile financial data, including actuals, commitments, and account balances.
• Manage, validate, and troubleshoot large, complex financial datasets while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Perform financial analysis and support reporting for cross-functional business partners.
• Identify and resolve financial system discrepancies through detailed analysis and problem-solving.
• Prepare and communicate financial insights, trends, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and business teams to support financial planning and operational initiatives.
• Prioritize multiple requests while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support ongoing process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or an accounting-focused analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and large dataset analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles, including actuals, commitments, and reconciliations.
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex financial data while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
