Financial Analyst – Workflow Documentation | $36/hr Remote

Position: Workflow Annotator Finance & Data Analysis

Type: Contract

Compensation: $14 - $36/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and document detailed, multi-step finance/data analyst workflows.
• Execute workflows using tools like Snowflake and Excel, capturing every step and decision.
• Integrate collaboration tools such as Slack for coordination and feedback.
• Provide comprehensive documentation with step-by-step instructions and illustrative screenshots.
• Identify and flag ambiguous scenarios and incorporate feedback for accuracy.
• Uphold high standards of data security and privacy in all documentation.

Requirements

• Have strong relevant experience in FP&A, accounting, financial analysis, or data analytics.
• Ability to write robust SQL queries for reporting and analysis tasks.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in producing financial workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex steps.
• Familiarity with collaborative tools like Slack and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
