  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support plant finance operations through financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, inventory accounting, and capital project management. This is a high-visibility role that works closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to improve business performance and support strategic initiatives.
  • Responsibilities
  • Support the monthly financial close process, including accruals, overhead allocations, utilities, and operating cost analysis.
  • Perform variance and trend analysis for fixed costs, variable costs, capital expenditures, and working capital.
  • Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Support inventory accounting, including monthly inventory entries, reconciliations, and physical inventory counts.
  • Manage capital project accounting, including project setup, tracking, settlements, and fixed asset creation.
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and support internal and external audits.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and improve operational performance.
  • Assist with financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA and/or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, or plant finance environments preferred.
  • Strong SAP experience, preferably with FI, CO, and MM modules.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
