  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic finance team supporting financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business performance initiatives. This role provides excellent exposure to executive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic financial projects.
  • The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming financial data into actionable business insights while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
  • Responsibilities
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide detailed commentary on financial performance.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership.
  • Analyze financial trends, identify business risks, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic business initiatives.
  • Partner with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist with month-end reporting and financial performance reviews.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic projects.
  • Improve reporting processes and contribute to continuous process enhancements.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting software, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
