About the Role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a dynamic finance team supporting financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business performance initiatives. This role provides excellent exposure to executive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic financial projects.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming financial data into actionable business insights while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Perform variance analysis and provide detailed commentary on financial performance.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership.
Analyze financial trends, identify business risks, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic business initiatives.
Partner with Accounting and Operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Assist with month-end reporting and financial performance reviews.
Support ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic projects.
Improve reporting processes and contribute to continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles.
Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems, financial reporting software, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
