About the Role

The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis initiatives. This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, building financial models, and providing insights that help drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Perform variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership teams.
• Analyze business trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain financial models for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with accounting and operational teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with month-end reporting and performance reviews.
• Support ad hoc analysis, reporting requests, and special projects.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or related finance roles.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, or business intelligence platforms is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
