  • About the Role
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our client's finance team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, accounting, and operations teams to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis.
  • As a Financial Analyst, you will help develop financial models, monitor key performance indicators, analyze financial trends, and provide valuable insights that support strategic business decisions. This position is ideal for professionals looking to expand their experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide detailed commentary on financial performance.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics for executive leadership.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze financial trends to identify business risks and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting activities.
  • Evaluate business performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
  • Support special projects, ad hoc financial analysis, and management reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting processes.
  • Required Skills
  • Strong financial analysis and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
  • Experience with financial reporting systems, ERP platforms, or Business Intelligence (BI) tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments.
  • Strong time management and project prioritization skills.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or a related role.
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and BI tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a fast-paced business environment is preferred.
