Financial Analyst

• We're looking for a highly analytical Financial Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys partnering with operations to drive business performance. • What You'll Do
• Support the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.
• Analyze monthly financial results, identifying trends and explaining variances to budget and forecast.
• Partner with operations and sales leaders to provide financial guidance that supports business growth and operational excellence.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and profitability analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, including materials, labor, overhead, inventory, and production variances.
• Identify opportunities to improve margins, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform month-end close responsibilities, including journal entries and management reporting.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Create executive-level reporting packages that translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Utilize ERP and financial planning systems to improve reporting and decision support.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects for senior leadership.

• What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders to solve business challenges.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. JDE) and financial planning/consolidation tools such as Oracle.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial audiences.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with standard costing and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience supporting multi-site or multi-entity manufacturing operations.
