  • Role Summary
  • The Financial Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics initiatives across a fast growing multi entity organization. This role offers significant exposure to finance leadership, operational teams, and strategic decision makers while providing opportunities to develop advanced FP&A skills and business acumen.
  • The individual will help deliver actionable insights that improve performance, support executive decision making, and enhance financial visibility throughout the organization.   • Key Responsibilities
  • • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • • Support financial reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting activities
  • • Analyze business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities across the organization
  • • Prepare presentations and reporting packages for leadership teams
  • • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI and other business intelligence platforms
  • • Track and report key performance indicators to support operational and financial objectives
  • • Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to identify performance drivers and business insights
  • • Support acquisition integration activities, process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects
  • Key Requirements
  • • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • • 1 to 3 years of financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or related finance experience
  • • Strong experience working with financial models, forecasting, and business performance analysis
  • • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including financial modeling, reporting, and data analysis
  • • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboarding and visualization tools preferred
  • • Exposure to KPI reporting, management reporting, and business intelligence initiatives preferred
  • • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking capabilities
  • • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to business partners and leadership
  • • Self motivated professional with a strong desire to learn, grow, and advance within finance
