Role Description This part-time remote Financial Analyst role at Talento SV focuses on supporting financial decision-making through data-driven insights and reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends and variances, and providing clear, concise analysis to stakeholders. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and tools.
Qualifications
Strong finance foundation, including Finance, Financial Planning, and familiarity with Financial Statements.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Experience in Financial Reporting, including preparing, reviewing, and presenting financial reports.
Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools); ability to work with large data sets.
Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial partners.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
