In this position, you will analyze financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and business trends to support planning and decision-making while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Talento PriceTravel Holding.

Salary: $84,000 - $93,000 per year

What You'll Support

• Build and maintain recurring financial reports using talent, customer-service, ecommerce, and travel operations data and approved accounting or reporting sources.
• Compare actual results with budgets, forecasts, and prior periods and explain material variances.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, cash needs, and operating trends relevant to talent and travel-business support.
• Prepare forecast updates, scenario analyses, and management-ready summaries for planning discussions.
• Validate assumptions and source data before financial results are distributed to candidates, employees, customers, and travel operations teams.
• Support budgeting, close, and business-review cycles with clear analysis and documented calculations for Talento PriceTravel Holding.

Experience & Skills

• Experience with financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or closely related business reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet-modeling skills and comfort working with financial statements.
• Ability to interpret trends, explain variances, and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Talento PriceTravel Holding's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and, where applicable to the role and permitted by law, credit screening.
