About The Position

The Financial Analyst opening at Start Club Corp supports day-to-day work across marketing strategy, brand growth, market research, promotions, customer engagement, and events. In this position, you will analyze financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and business trends to support planning and decision-making while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Start Club Corp.

What You'll Contribute

• Build and maintain recurring financial reports using campaign, customer, event, market-research, and performance data and approved accounting or reporting sources.
• Compare actual results with budgets, forecasts, and prior periods and explain material variances.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, cash needs, and operating trends relevant to marketing, event, and customer support.
• Prepare forecast updates, scenario analyses, and management-ready summaries for planning discussions.
• Validate assumptions and source data before financial results are distributed to clients, marketing teams, event teams, and customers.
• Support budgeting, close, and business-review cycles with clear analysis and documented calculations for Start Club Corp.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or closely related business reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet-modeling skills and comfort working with financial statements.
• Ability to interpret trends, explain variances, and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Start Club Corp's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and, where applicable to the role and permitted by law, credit screening.
