Our client is a growing consumer and hospitality-focused organization seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its FP&A team. About the Role

  • We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis across a multi-site organization. This highly visible role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights, improve reporting processes, and support strategic initiatives.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for an FP&A professional looking to expand their business partnering experience while contributing to organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Prepare and enhance recurring financial reports and executive presentations.
  • Develop financial models for revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, and operational planning.
  • Perform variance analysis and identify key drivers affecting business performance.
  • Partner with business leaders to gather assumptions, validate financial data, and support planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Systems teams to maintain forecasting and budgeting platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve financial processes.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or business analytics.
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets and complex financial models.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles.
  • Experience with Oracle Planning, Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or SmartView is preferred.
  • Experience in hospitality, travel, vacation ownership, timeshare, or other consumer-facing industries is preferred.
  • Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
