  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and reporting enhancements.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support month-end and quarter-end financial analysis and executive reporting.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business cases.
  • Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure data accuracy, financial integrity, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
  • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and GAAP.
  • Experience working with enterprise financial planning systems such as Oracle Planning, Hyperion, SmartView, or similar applications is preferred.
  • Hospitality, travel, timeshare, retail, or consumer-focused industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience presenting financial information to executive leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

Required Skills
