About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support corporate financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across multiple business locations. Working closely with finance leadership, you will provide strategic financial insights, develop executive reports, monitor key performance indicators, and support high-impact business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop financial forecasts and planning models across multiple business units.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and executive presentations.
  • Perform budget versus actual and variance analysis.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support strategic planning and financial decision-making.
  • Build financial models and perform ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Assist with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) financial analysis.
  • Partner with leadership to identify business opportunities and risks.
  • Deliver reports and recommendations to executive management.
  • Support continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Corporate Finance.

Required Skills

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
