  • About the Role
  • The Senior Financial Analyst - Manufacturing will play a critical role in supporting financial performance across multiple production facilities. This position partners closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership to provide actionable insights, improve cost visibility, and drive operational efficiency. The role offers significant exposure to leadership, ownership of key financial processes, and opportunities for long-term career growth.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, operational performance, and variance drivers across production facilities.
  • Manage standard cost maintenance and governance within ERP systems.
  • Partner with Plant Controllers, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate production reporting and inventory valuation.
  • Prepare monthly financial and variance analysis reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Support month-end close activities, forecasting, and ongoing financial analysis.
  • Drive process improvements through automation and reporting enhancements.
  • Monitor supplier performance, indirect spending, and cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Provide financial support and insights to plant leadership and operational teams.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on operational and financial performance.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Manufacturing Finance.
  • Manufacturing, Food Manufacturing, or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, Power Query, dashboards, and complex formulas.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and financial data reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing facilities.

  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
