About the Role
CFS is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. This role partners with finance and operational leaders to deliver financial insights, develop forecasting models, and support strategic decision-making.
The ideal candidate has experience in financial analysis, FP&A, financial modeling, and reporting with strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Perform variance analysis and explain financial performance.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
Analyze business trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain financial models for business planning.
Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy.
Assist with month-end reporting and financial reviews.
Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
Create ad-hoc reports and business performance presentations.
Recommend process improvements and reporting enhancements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Corporate Finance.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms, or Business Intelligence tools is preferred.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
