Financial Analyst

A global manufacturing organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support corporate finance initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and executive reporting. This role partners closely with senior leadership, including the CFO, to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting packages for senior management.
• Develop financial models and perform ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial performance and reporting accuracy.
• Qualifications
• 3–5 years of financial analysis experience.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting required.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience supporting C-suite executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
