• Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, cost analysis, and business performance initiatives. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, provide actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business operations and leadership decision-making
• Perform cost analysis and monitor manufacturing performance metrics
• Investigate and explain budget-to-actual and forecast variances, providing meaningful commentary and recommendations
• Maintain and update product standard costs within the company's ERP system
• Partner with operations and other internal departments to translate financial data into actionable business insights
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning activities
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of financial analysis experience within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles
• Experience working with ERP systems and standard costing methodologies
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
