As a Financial Analyst, you'll work directly with finance leadership and cross-functional business partners to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, capital investment analysis, and performance management initiatives. What You'll Do
Partner with finance and operational leaders to develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights on variances, trends, and key business drivers.
Support month-end close activities, including financial review, journal entry preparation, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with department leaders to understand financial results and provide guidance on budget-to-actual performance.
Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to create meaningful dashboards and visualizations that support business decision-making.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, inflation, and operational performance.
Participate in capital expenditure analysis, business case development, and strategic investment evaluations.
Contribute to management reporting packages and presentations used by senior leadership.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, increase automation, and enhance the quality of financial insights.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives that provide exposure to broader finance and operational functions.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1-3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or manufacturing finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling concepts.
Experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
Power BI experience preferred.
ERP experience preferred; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.
