- As a Financial Analyst, you'll work directly with finance leadership and cross-functional business partners to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, capital investment analysis, and performance management initiatives. - What You'll Do
- Partner with finance and operational leaders to develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights on variances, trends, and key business drivers.
- Support month-end close activities, including financial review, journal entry preparation, and ensuring reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand financial results and provide guidance on budget-to-actual performance.
- Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to create meaningful dashboards and visualizations that support business decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, inflation, and operational performance.
- Participate in capital expenditure analysis, business case development, and strategic investment evaluations.
- Contribute to management reporting packages and presentations used by senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, increase automation, and enhance the quality of financial insights.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives that provide exposure to broader finance and operational functions.

- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or manufacturing finance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling concepts.
- Experience with PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Power BI experience preferred.
- ERP experience preferred; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.
