  • Partner with finance and operational leaders to develop annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights on variances, trends, and key business drivers.
  • Support month-end close activities, including financial review, journal entry preparation, and ensuring reporting accuracy.

  • Utilize Power BI and other reporting tools to create meaningful dashboards and visualizations that support business decision-making.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, inflation, and operational performance.
  • Participate in capital expenditure analysis, business case development, and strategic investment evaluations.
  • Contribute to management reporting packages and presentations used by senior leadership.

  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives that provide exposure to broader finance and operational functions.
  • Why This Opportunity Stands Out
  • Gain experience within a publicly traded organization.
  • Exposure to a business generating more than $400 million in annual revenue.
  • Direct interaction with finance and operational leadership teams.
  • Opportunity to develop advanced FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, ERP systems, and executive-level reporting.
  • Clear opportunities for career growth and advancement within finance and accounting.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or manufacturing finance.

  • Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow professionally.
  • Ideal Candidate
  • This role is ideal for a motivated finance professional who wants to move beyond basic reporting and become a true business partner. You'll gain valuable exposure to operational finance, strategic decision-making, and executive-level reporting while building a foundation for future advancement into Senior Financial Analyst, Finance Manager, or broader corporate finance leadership roles.
