Financial Analyst

My client is a highly prestigious global CPG organization with a portfolio of some of the most recognized and respected brands in the industry.

This is a true FP&A role, not an accounting role in disguise!

They are looking to add a high-caliber Financial Analyst to their talented finance team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of FP&A. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and business performance analysis.

This role will have meaningful exposure to core FP&A responsibilities, including developing financial forecasts, managing budgets, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

A key component of the position is cross-functional business partnering, working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and other business functions to understand performance drivers, evaluate spending, track results against plan, and help drive business growth.

As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).

They are located in Midtown, 3 days in with 2 days remote.

Compensation is based on experience:

The range is between $95k - $120k base + discretionary bonus + exceptional benefits!

• Who are you?
• MUST have experience within the product based sector, ideally wholesale/apparel, open to retail and manufacturing backgrounds
• A minimum of a BA/BS in finance from a top accredited school
• 3+ years of experience.

Exceptional communications skills are required. A great dynamic personality and the ability to work along your fellow colleagues is crucial. He or she must be able to effectively collaborate with individuals both inside and outside the company.
