• 🌟 ABOUT THE ROLE
• We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and service-focused Financial Analyst to join a growing financial planning and wealth management team.
• This role will play an important part in portfolio management, investment research, trade execution, investment model management, and advisor support. The ideal candidate is passionate about capital markets, enjoys analyzing investments, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• You will work closely with financial advisors to help implement investment strategies that align with clients' financial goals and objectives.

• 📊 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• 💼 Portfolio Management & Trading
• Execute equity, ETF, mutual fund, and fixed-income trades across client accounts.
• Monitor portfolios for cash balances, asset allocation drift, and rebalancing opportunities.
• Identify opportunities for tax-efficient trading.
• Coordinate portfolio implementation for new and existing client relationships.
• Assist with portfolio transitions and account onboarding.
• Ensure trading activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• 🔎 Investment Research
• Research mutual funds, ETFs, stocks, fixed-income investments, and alternative investments.
• Analyze market trends, economic data, and investment managers.
• Prepare investment research summaries and recommendations for advisors.
• Monitor existing holdings and identify potential investment changes.
• 📑 Investment Proposal Development
• Prepare customized investment proposals for prospective and existing clients.
• Analyze current portfolios against recommended investment strategies.
• Create investment illustrations and supporting materials for client meetings.
• Assist advisors in presenting investment recommendations.
• 📈 Investment Model Management
• Maintain investment models and strategic asset allocations.
• Coordinate periodic model reviews and updates.
• Monitor model performance and portfolio consistency.
• Implement approved model changes across applicable client portfolios.
• 🧾 Operations & Reporting
• Generate investment performance reports and portfolio analytics.
• Support quarterly and annual investment reviews.
• Assist with investment committee meetings and documentation.
• Maintain accurate investment records and trading documentation.

• 🎓 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• ✅ Active FINRA Series 7 license
• ✅ Active FINRA Series 63, 65, or 66 license
• ✅ bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
• ✅ 2–5 years of experience in wealth management, investment management, brokerage, or financial services
• ✅ Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• ✅ Exceptional attention to detail and organization
• ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• ⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience with YCharts, NetX360, Envestnet, and/or eMoney
• Knowledge of tax-efficient portfolio management
• Experience with investment models and portfolio management systems
• Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products
