Role Description The Owner role is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, operations, and growth of B2b Innovations Group, Inc. Day-to-day activities include setting business goals, developing and implementing operational plans, and managing financial performance such as budgeting and forecasting. The Owner will lead business development initiatives, nurture client relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Additional responsibilities include building and guiding teams or external partners, ensuring service quality, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and business standards. The role also involves continuous evaluation of processes and services to support innovation, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management roles, with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and business development, including budgeting, forecasting, and client relationship management.
Proficiency in remote team leadership and collaboration, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and manage external partners or contractors.
Knowledge of B2B markets, service delivery models, and process improvement methodologies; experience with innovation or transformation initiatives is highly beneficial.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, negotiation abilities, and decision-making capabilities in complex, fast-paced environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
