Compensation: 75-85K

• Develop, maintain, and analyze standard costs, including labor, material, and overhead rates, while identifying and explaining manufacturing cost variances.
• Partner with operations and plant leadership to monitor production performance, inventory levels, scrap, and efficiency metrics to drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis, profitability reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes by analyzing production volumes, spending trends, and operational performance.
• Reconcile inventory, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods balances while ensuring accurate product costing and compliance with accounting standards.
• Build financial models and perform data analysis to support strategic decision-making, capital investments, pricing strategies, and continuous improvement projects.
• Analysis of tariffs, inflation, etc.

Required Skills:

• Manufacturing experience
• Experience working in a major ERP system
• Advanced Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting/finance
