Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst (Oracle) to join our team. In this role, you will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis while leveraging Oracle Financials/Oracle ERP solutions. You will work closely with Finance, Accounting, IT and business stakeholders to improve financial processes and support strategic decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyse financial data and prepare reports, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of Oracle Financials (Oracle ERP) modules.
• Gather and document business and financial requirements.
• Perform financial variance analysis and identify business trends.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
• Support data validation, reconciliation and financial data integrity.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting and IT teams to improve financial processes.
• Generate financial reports using Oracle ERP and reporting tools.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Oracle Financials enhancements.
• Support system upgrades, implementations, and financial process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls and accounting standards.
