Financial Analyst

LHH is hiring for a Financial Analyst to join our client in Charlotte, NC on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional services environment. Candidates must live local to Charlotte.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives.
• Prepare reports for all departments
• Prepare custom analysis and reporting using SQL
• Assists various departments with system access and maintenance of applications
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with partners and senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst in a professional services environment is highly preferred
• Heavy reporting experience is required
• Experience with SQL is required
• Experience with Power BI is preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
