  • Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the development and evaluation of AI-driven solutions for the financial services industry. This role combines traditional finance expertise with emerging AI technologies, offering a unique opportunity to influence how AI models perform financial analysis, interpret financial data, and support decision-making.

  • Responsibilities
  • Apply expertise in financial analysis, modeling, valuation, accounting, and risk assessment to AI-focused initiatives.
  • Evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to:
  • Equity Research
  • Credit Analysis
  • FP&A
  • Corporate Finance
  • Financial Statement Analysis
  • Regulatory & Compliance Reviews
  • Develop quality standards and testing frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial outputs.
  • Review financial data, models, forecasts, and research for analytical rigor.
  • Partner with technical and operational teams to translate financial concepts into AI training and evaluation programs.
  • Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows through AI and automation.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in:
  • Investment Banking
  • Equity Research
  • FP&A
  • Asset Management
  • Corporate Finance
  • Risk Management
  • Audit
  • Financial Consulting
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in an evolving, high-growth environment.
  • Preferred
  • CFA or CPA designation/candidacy.
  • Experience working with financial institutions.
  • Exposure to AI, machine learning, data analytics, or emerging technologies.
  • Ideal Background
