Financial Analyst

Summary

The Financial Analyst will support Business Partners by providing cost transparency, financial analysis, and insights to enable decision-making. Focus on advanced analysis and decision support for Business Partners with a high degree of ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Business Partners with in-depth cost analysis and financial insights
• Translate financial data into actionable recommendations for cost optimization
• Lead cost planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for assigned areas
• Analyze trends, drivers, and risks in cost development
• Ensure high-quality and timely reporting for management
• Challenge assumptions and validate business cases from a financial perspective
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cost management processes and tools
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of cost allocation, planning, and performance management
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and Business Partners
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Copilot, Excel, and BI tools
• Fluent in English
