• • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• • 4–6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related financial analysis experience.

• • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:

• • Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
• • Experience working within ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platforms.

• Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to serve as a key financial business partner supporting business units totaling more than $500M in annual revenue. This individual will own forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and executive reporting while providing actionable insights to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and overall profitability. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is naturally curious, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying issues and improving financial processes. This role offers significant exposure to senior leadership and will play a critical role in long-range planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Compensation:

• $110,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary.
