Are you an analyst with finance experience, looking for a new challenge?

Imagineers Group is looking for an experienced corporate finance analyst that can help the CFO with financial planning and analysis as well as handle accounts receivable / accounts payable tasks and other internal company COO/CFO office activities.

  • Job Description
  • Financial planning and analysts
  • Assist with bookkeeping activities and month end, quarter end reporting processes
  • Help plan budgeting and forecasting activities including but not limited to prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts
  • A/R activities
  • Client invoicing – monthly
  • A/R aging and follow-up on-going
  • A/P activities
  • Prepare monthly timesheet for payroll for employees and contractors
  • Ensure consultant invoices/timesheets are in receipt before payroll
  • Consultants
  • Review consultant timesheets on weekly/monthly basis
  • Assist with consultant onboarding activities
  • ADP registration
  • Contracts/Employment agreements
  • Initiating background checks with vendor
  • Contract management
  • Keep an inventory of Statements of Work, spend and dates so we can manage extensions/roll-offs with clients
  • Insurances
  • Keep an inventory of company insurance/expiration dates
  • Ensure Additional Insured are in place for clients requiring
  • Education
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years in corporate finance or similar role
  • Experience with accounting principals and ideally budgeting and forecasting.
  • Technical Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).
  • Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks etc.) preferred.
  • Communication Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical Skills
  • Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred - ability to interpret financial statements and business performance metrics.

The role is remote, working with a global team.
