Job Description:

• Position Overview:
• We are seeking a Financial Analyst Level 3 to support financial operations and expense management for the HR Security organization. This role will focus on budgeting, forecasting, Accounts Payable/invoice processing, expense tracking, financial analysis, and variance analysis.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong finance/accounting background, solid Excel skills, and experience managing expenses and invoices against budgets and forecasts. Security industry experience is not required; the candidate should be comfortable learning the business and security programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track security-related expenses within the HR P&L.
• Monitor actual spending against budget and forecast and identify variances.
• Support budget planning and forecasting, including preparation for future fiscal-year budgets.
• Process invoices, approval forms, and payment-related documentation.
• Ensure invoices and financial requests are properly reviewed and approved.
• Conduct year-over-year spend analysis and evaluate current and projected expenses.
• Analyze spending to identify savings, over/under budget conditions, and root causes of variances.
• Prepare financial analysis required for program and expense approvals.
• Work closely with Finance/BM, HR, and Security stakeholders to ensure accurate expense tracking and financial planning.
• Track expenses throughout the year and provide visibility into actual vs. planned spending.
• Support programs from the initial approval stage through invoice processing, ongoing expense management, and contract renewal.

Required Qualifications:

• Finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Experience with Accounts Payable and/or invoice processing.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Understanding of accruals and expense management.
• Experience with variance analysis and spend tracking.
• Ability to work effectively with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
