About the Role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis. In this role, you will work closely with finance and operational leaders to deliver data-driven insights that improve business performance and support strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for professionals looking to expand their FP&A experience while working in a dynamic and growth-oriented organization.

Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Perform variance analysis and explain financial performance.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
• Build and maintain financial models.
• Analyze financial trends, risks, and business opportunities.
• Partner with accounting and operations teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with month-end reporting and financial reviews.
• Support strategic initiatives through ad hoc financial analysis.
• Present financial insights to leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with financial reporting systems or BI tools is a plus.
