  • About the Role
  • The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This position offers significant exposure to executive leadership and provides opportunities to develop advanced financial modeling skills while working on high-impact business initiatives.
  • Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)
  • Note: Open only to candidates located in the Pittsburgh area.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions.
  • Analyze financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
  • Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and business performance.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Accounting.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Benefits
