About the Role
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making. This position offers significant exposure to executive leadership and provides opportunities to develop advanced financial modeling skills while working on high-impact business initiatives.
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)
Note: Open only to candidates located in the Pittsburgh area.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions.
Analyze financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership.
Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support business initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and business performance.
Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Accounting.
Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
