About the Role
The Financial Analyst will support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis while partnering with business leaders to provide meaningful financial insights. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working with data, building financial models, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Analyze financial performance, business trends, and key metrics.
Build and maintain financial models to support business planning.
Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Partner with leadership on strategic planning and business initiatives.
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
Support month-end and quarterly financial reporting.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
Improve financial reporting processes and analytical tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP&A.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business functions.
