Financial Analyst

The Role

• Support cost tracking and financial accuracy for parts, labor, and third-party spend within the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) maintenance function.
• Execute billing support activities, including sales order creation, invoice generation, and tracking billed vs. unbilled amounts.
• Assist with monthly accounting close, including expense cutoff reviews, accrual tracking, and reconciliations.
• Actively manage GSE and non-GSE Capital Expenditures (CAPEX), supporting asset setup and financial analyses for equipment requests.
• Produce recurring profitability, forecasting, and trend analyses to inform operational and financial decisions.
• Partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Finance leadership to ensure accurate cost capture and reporting.

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
