Financial Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

• The Role
• • Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to update and build annual compensation plan components and quotas.
• • Lead the annual review, update, and distribution of compensation plan documents.
• • Execute commission-related month-end close activities, including preparing accrual journal entries.
• • Prepare, maintain, and administer monthly and quarterly reports, calculations, and commission statements for accurate payroll processing.
• • Act as the primary point of contact for Sales regarding commission-related inquiries.
• • Drive process and efficiency improvements proactively.

• What You'll Need
• • 2+ years of financial analyst experience within an operating company, with 1-2 years in commercial finance or variable compensation.
• • Prior experience with a publicly traded company is preferred.
• • Proven experience presenting to executive management teams.
• • Experience thriving in fast-changing environments.
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
