• We’re partnering with a well-established manufacturing company on a Financial Analyst opportunity supporting a specific business unit and working closely with operational leadership.
• This is a great fit for someone who wants to get closer to the business, not just sit in corporate reporting.

*IDEAL CANDIDATE: Someone with 1-3 years of FP&A experience at a manufacturing company.**

• What You’ll Own
• Budgeting, forecasting & monthly close
• Manufacturing variance analysis and cost drivers
• Business-unit P&L and KPI reporting
• Financial support for operational decisions, including CapEx and cost initiatives
• Power BI reporting and financial dashboards
• Direct partnership with Finance, Operations & business leadership

• Requirements/Most Desirable Background
• 1–3 years of Financial Analyst / FP&A experience
• Experience supporting a manufacturing plant, division, or business unit
• Strong budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis experience
• Power BI preferred
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
