2. About the Opportunity:

The Financial Analyst, FP&A role is a key position within the FP&A team, responsible for delivering accurate and scalable financial reporting and analysis. This role supports core corporate finance processes, providing critical analytics and insights that inform leadership decisions and enhance financial planning effectiveness.

3. Responsibilities:

  • • Manage recurring monthly actuals processes across financial statements ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • • Maintain and reconcile core FP&A models and reporting outputs
  • • Analyze variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods, summarizing key drivers for review
  • • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through data consolidation and validation
  • • Act as a power user for financial planning platforms, automating and improving reporting workflows
  • • Collaborate with finance and business teams to enhance data integrity and reporting processes
  • • Prepare recurring executive reports and presentations with consistent metrics and commentary
  • • Develop dashboards and templates to increase financial visibility
  • • Document FP&A processes and controls, identifying improvements to reduce manual work and errors
  • • Partner with accounting and finance teams to improve source data quality
  • • Utilize AI tools to assist in data validation and narrative preparation

4. Requirements:

  • • Early-career experience in financial planning and analysis
  • • Ability to manage recurring financial reporting and analysis tasks
  • • Skills in financial modeling, variance analysis, and budgeting
  • • Experience with financial planning software and automation tools
  • • Strong collaboration skills to work across finance and business functions
  • • Proficiency in preparing executive-level financial materials

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • • Region 1 $93,000 - $100,000
  • • Region 2 $85,000 - $90,000
  • • Region 3 $79,000 - $85,000
  • • Compensation varies by location, experience, and qualifications
