Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze profitability reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support financial decision-making.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track key financial metrics and business performance.
• Analyze billing processes and data accuracy to improve efficiency and identify discrepancies.
• Monitor weekly operational hours and track unbillable items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational finance initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Requirements & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation required.
• 2–3 years of experience in operational finance or financial analysis.
• Strong experience with financial reporting, profitability analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools, financial systems, and AI tools is an asset.
• Experience building dashboards and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
