Job Summary

Draftomat is adding a Financial Analyst to its remote team supporting customer, project, order, vendor, scheduling, and operations support across its product and service workflows. In this position, you will analyze financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and business trends to support planning and decision-making while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Draftomat.

Salary: $80,500 - $89,500 per year

Main Duties

• Build and maintain recurring financial reports using order, product, customer, vendor, and operational data and approved accounting or reporting sources.
• Compare actual results with budgets, forecasts, and prior periods and explain material variances.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, cash needs, and operating trends relevant to product, order, and customer support.
• Prepare forecast updates, scenario analyses, and management-ready summaries for planning discussions.
• Validate assumptions and source data before financial results are distributed to customers, vendors, sales teams, and operations teams.
• Support budgeting, close, and business-review cycles with clear analysis and documented calculations for Draftomat.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or closely related business reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet-modeling skills and comfort working with financial statements.
• Ability to interpret trends, explain variances, and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Draftomat's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and, where applicable to the role and permitted by law, credit screening.
