Role Summary

Customand is hiring a full-time, 100% remote Financial Analyst to support its moving and relocation, customer service, scheduling, transportation, orders, crews, and operational coordination. In this position, you will analyze financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and business trends to support planning and decision-making while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Customand.

What You'll Handle

• Build and maintain recurring financial reports using customer, scheduling, order, transportation, and operational data and approved accounting or reporting sources.
• Compare actual results with budgets, forecasts, and prior periods and explain material variances.
• Analyze revenue, costs, margins, cash needs, and operating trends relevant to customer, scheduling, and logistics support.
• Prepare forecast updates, scenario analyses, and management-ready summaries for planning discussions.
• Validate assumptions and source data before financial results are distributed to customers, crews, vendors, and operations teams.
• Support budgeting, close, and business-review cycles with clear analysis and documented calculations for Customand.

What You Need

• Experience with financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, or closely related business reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet-modeling skills and comfort working with financial statements.
• Ability to interpret trends, explain variances, and communicate conclusions clearly.
• Strong written communication and the ability to document work clearly in a remote environment.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Customand's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and, where applicable to the role and permitted by law, credit screening.
