Job Description:
- • The Operations Officer III will support Small Business Banking by managing customer account reviews, resolving deficiencies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- • This role involves interacting with customers in a contact center environment, handling both inbound and outbound communication, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- • The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage repetitive yet varied tasks, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- • Provide inbound and outbound customer support in a non-face-to-face environment
- • Deliver exceptional customer experience by resolving inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- • Navigate multiple systems to verify, update, and maintain customer account information
- • Conduct account reviews to identify discrepancies or missing details and take appropriate action
- • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all customer interactions and account updates
- • Follow end-to-end compliance procedures for business accounts
- • Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in all activities
- • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- • Manage high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
Experience:
- • Must have 1–2 years of experience in banking, financial institutions, or financial services contact center
- • Must be bilingual in French and English (written and verbal)
- • Experience in customer service or contact center environments
- • Familiarity with KYC/KYB requirements preferred
- • Experience handling high-volume workloads with strong attention to detail
- • Prior exposure to compliance, collections, or account remediation is an asset
Skillsets:
- • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- • Experience with CRM and customer management tools
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls confidently
- • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- • Capability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Education: Undergraduate degree and/or 1+ years of relevant work experience
