About The Role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Approximately 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, reporting, or related business functions.
• Professional accounting designation (completed or in progress) considered an asset.
• Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and business intelligence/reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive pricing proposals and detailed cost analyses to support business development and sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor market trends, competitive pricing dynamics, and industry benchmarks, recommending strategic adjustments to maintain competitiveness and maximize profitability.
• Review sales and procurement transactions to ensure pricing accuracy, margin integrity, and compliance with internal policies.
• Maintain and update vendor pricing information and related data within enterprise business systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist with incentive, rebate, and accrual management processes, including tracking, reconciliation, and reporting activities to support financial accuracy.
• Produce and analyze recurring financial and operational reports, ensuring compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, pricing, and data management processes through system enhancements and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making, providing actionable insights to management.
