Summary:

The main functions of this role involve gathering and analyzing financial information, conducting quantitative analyses of information affecting investment programs of public or private institutions, and analyzing and communicating financial information for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and track HR-related financial data, including compensation, benefits, and workforce costs.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-security budget reports, forecasts, and variance analyses as well as tracking payments.
  • Process invoices and approval forms and review contracts.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting for security programs.
  • Support the development of financial models and scenarios for workforce planning and cost optimization.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with vendor setup and bank setup as necessary.
  • Conduct year-over-year variance analysis and track spending throughout the year.
  • Assemble spreadsheets and draw charts and graphs to illustrate technical reports.
  • Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for making investment decisions.
  • Interpret data affecting investment programs, such as price, yield, stability, and future trends in investment risks.
  • Present oral and written reports on general economic trends, individual corporations, and entire industries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

  • Experience in FP&A, finance, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of security-related financial concepts and practices.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking.
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
  • Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
  • Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations as related to accounting.
  • Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and any other related financial software.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.30 - $42.30 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
