- About the Role
- We are seeking experienced Finance Domain Experts to support the development and evaluation of AI-powered financial research and analysis solutions. You will work closely with AI and product teams to define financial workflows, create evaluation frameworks, assess model outputs, and improve the accuracy of financial AI systems.
- Key Responsibilities
- Define and document finance-specific workflows and research processes.
- Create evaluation frameworks, test cases, rubrics, and benchmarks for AI models.
- Assess AI capabilities across financial analysis, valuation, forecasting, due diligence, and research tasks.
- Curate and annotate high-quality financial data and content.
- Provide expert feedback to improve AI model performance and output quality.
- Required Expertise
- 12+ years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
- Investment Banking (M&A, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance)
- Private Equity (Deal Sourcing, Due Diligence, Portfolio Management)
- Asset Management (Portfolio Management, Investment Strategy, Research)
- Equity Research (Company Analysis, Financial Modeling, Valuation)
- Core Skills
- Financial Modeling & Valuation
- DCF, LBO, M&A Modeling
- Comparable Company & Precedent Transaction Analysis
- Financial Forecasting
- Market & Competitive Research
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with AI, LLMs, FinTech products, or financial technology teams.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Data Annotation, Evaluation Rubrics, and Model Testing.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, FactSet, or similar platforms.
